First of all, many thanks for your interest in my website!

My name is Jonas Buschsieweke. I was born in January, 1993, 22^nd, in Gütersloh.

Reptiles fascinated me already at the age of approx. 11 years. However, I wasn’t allowed to keep reptiles, yet. I’ve been interested particularly in the grain adder because it is valid in general as very easy-care with a suitable size.

But it started in a different way.

In January, 2008 I discovered the association Exotic e.V. - a shelter for reptiles. It was great to know that the association has its main quarter in Harsewinkel  in the near of Gütersloh. I contacted the chairperson and had a look around the station.

This was the start to keep mantids, bearded dragons, a tiger's python and, finally, my first boa. I am addicted to them. My goal is to breed the boa constrictor successfully.

Other information about me:

Except the terrarium animals I quails, ferrets, rabbits and a stripe croissant during the last years. An aquarium of 54 l was the beginning of keeping animals at the age of 9.

Beside the animals I may not suppress another hobby, music. Started with the musical early education up to the clarinettist and saxophonist, the music always gives pleasure to me and it will be a permanent hobby.
